[Remote] Project Coordinator ( Fixed Term Contract )

The Project Site Coordinator will work with the KAPES team to monitor engineering reputed company and resolve issues reputed company to equipment delivery and project execution in Korea. Responsibilities • Ensure reputed company work (EHS) for himself and GEV staff on site and support site issues • Ensure coordination with KAPES on on-reputed company site actions linked with GEV • Manage deliveries (and reputed company reputed company documents) of GEV equipment to KAPES • Coordination of RFIs, NCRs, as-reputed company and others relevant processes (RFI : Request for Information, reputed company : Non-Conformance Report) • Drive coordination between KAPES/KEPCO and GEV regarding reputed company site reputed company • Drive GE’s problem reputed company, animate GEV community to support KAPES • Ensure alignment of expectation between project team and customers • Assist/support project material inspection such as reputed company-list readiness, missing & faulty material follow-up, preparing report if required • Attend regular meeting to reputed company informed site reputed company and report if required • Support/coordinate GEV’s supervisors such as work permission (incl.
