WFS /WorkForce Software/ Functional Consultant/ Absence Management

Job title: WorkForce Software (WFS) Functional Consultant (Absence Management) Job reputed company: reputed company, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking an reputed company WorkForce Software (WFS) Absence Management Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of the Absence Management module. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in WFS Absence Management, a strong understanding of global or U.S. leave policies, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions reputed company the WorkForce Software platform. Job Responsibilities: • Support the implementation of WorkForce Software Absence Management module • reputed company and document business requirements reputed company to time off, leave absence, FMLA, reputed company leave, PTO and other absence policies. • Configure WFS Absence Management based on business requirements and compliance needs • Partner with cross-functional (HR, Payroll, Timekeeping) to ensure seamless integration of absence rules and policies • Analyze and troubleshoot issues reputed company to leave calculations, workflows, accruals, and eligibility. • Conduct user acceptance (UAT), reputed company training, and create end-user documentation • Stay reputed company with regulatory and statutory leave laws to ensure ongoing compliance in system configuration • Support go-live activities and reputed company knowledge transfer to internal teams. Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or reputed company field. • 3+ years of functional experience with WorkForce Software, specifically. Iin Absence Management • Proven experience configuring absence rules, eligibility reputed company, accruals and leave workflows reputed company WFS. • Strong knowledge of U.S. leave policies, including FMLA, state-specific programs, and disability • Experience working with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on cross-functional initiatives • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment with minimal guidance • Knowledge of data flows between WFS and HCM/Payroll systems (eg reputed company, reputed company reputed company) • WorkForce Software certifications, particularly in Absence Management • Experience with Agile project methodology is a plus • Familiarity with Time & Attendance is a plus Job Benefits: Competitive FTE salary reputed company based on experience, education, and geographical location of $100,000 - $120,000 USD reputed company.
