As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with people who have been affected by these issues, providing them with valuable information, and guiding them through the process of potentially qualifying for compensation.

Job Overview

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their potential eligibility for compensation. You will utilize an automated dialer to reach out to these individuals, speaking with approximately 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for further assistance. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in building trust and rapport with these individuals, addressing their concerns, and providing them with accurate and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their potential eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage high-volume connections
  • Engage in multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless and efficient interactions
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Accurately utilize phone software (VICI) and the Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), following scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
  • Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to your work and maintaining optimal productivity

Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles. Your ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks will be essential in achieving success in this position.

Requirements

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free space to work
  • Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
  • High-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100MBps upload speed
  • Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432)
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused roles, with 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
  • Able to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
