**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

**Schedule and Availability**
We're hiring for the following shifts:
* Monday-Friday: 12p-9pm EST
* Saturday and Sunday: 10am-6:30pm
* This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability.
* We offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the value and dedication of our team members.
**Training and Development**
When you join our team, you'll receive comprehensive training that combines virtual classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Our training program typically lasts 6 weeks, but the duration may vary depending on your individual needs and progress. Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST, with a lunch break.
