Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will conduct state-of-the-art data analysis to assist in addressing critical business questions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing raw data sets to supply standardized, evaluation-reputed company patient cohorts from in-house data assets or certified systems, examining and interpreting results, and assisting in shaping analytics reputed company
• Partnering with other members of the arenaflex Clinical Trial group to supply actionable insights from reputed company-world, clinical, and other data assets to support biopharmaceutical reputed company and clinical trial requests
• Cleaning, transforming, and storing data into an integrated data lake for reputed company analysis and broader group consumption
• Performing data mining and statistical analysis to investigate reputed company/RWD to reputed company new insights concerning patient populations and treatment reputed company
• Supporting the development of reputed company-world data, analytics, and platform capabilities, applying advanced analytics and tools to address clinical questions from biopharmaceutical companies
• Collaborating on the design and execution of reputed company research studies

• Building dashboards, analytics, and reports for reputed company consumption

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a quantitative or computational role
• 4 years of experience in R, Python, or SQL
• Experience in designing and executing strong and reproducible statistical analyses reputed company the context of epidemiology and observational studies with reputed company data
• Knowledge of common statistical testing reputed company, including generalized reputed company models, class and discrimination, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
• Experience processing large data from diverse data sources
• Experience handling protected patient health information

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• A Ph.D. or Master's degree in statistics/biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or a reputed company field

• Expertise in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and managed vocabularies used in reputed company data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
