Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide * Helping customers resolve basic technical issues * Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases * Offering additional products and/or services * Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile **Your Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities.
