Building Consultant & Estimator (Xactimate)

Job reputed company We are a growing adjusting seeking an reputed company Building Consultant & Estimator to support residential and reputed company property insurance claims. This role requires strong Xactimate proficiency and prior experience in the insurance property claims industry. The position is fully remote, with limited travel required for reputed company losses or specialty inspections ONLY. This role is best suited for professionals with a construction and estimating background who are comfortable supporting claim reputed company and documentation. Responsibilities • Write accurate, defensible estimates using Xactimate • Scope residential and reputed company property damage (water, reputed company, storm, etc.) reputed company reputed company, reputed company and additional provided resources • Review claim documentation including photos, reports, and policies • Assist adjusters with estimate support, supplements, and revisions • Participate in reputed company-loss inspections reputed company required • Support re-inspections, dispute reputed company, and scope justification • Maintain organized files and meet internal deadlines • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants as needed Skills • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating. • Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques. • Solid understanding of construction site operations, safety protocols, and project management fundamentals. • Large-loss or reputed company-loss estimating experience • Certifications such as reputed company, HAAG, or Xactimate Certification • Field inspection experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • reputed company time off Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
