Commerce Partnerships Coordinator
NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commerce Partnerships Coordinator to support the growth of their Commerce business, managing strategic partnerships and executing sponsorship events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead coordinator supporting the management and execution of strategic commerce partnerships, sponsorships, and Shop TODAY events
- Support sponsorship event execution, including coordinating cross-functional logistics, managing product sample requests, scheduling partner meetings, and sourcing and analyzing relevant data
- Track and manage partnership deliverables, timelines, communication, and internal workflows to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain organized documentation of partnership deliverables, performance metrics, and marketing assets to support reporting and recap development
- Collaborate with Editorial, Operations, Commerce Studios, and Marketing teams to launch and support commerce initiatives
- Prepare polished decks and presentations for proposals, partner meetings, performance reporting, and post-campaign recaps
- Role reports to a Commerce Success Manager
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in ad sales, affiliate marketing, or ecommerce a plus
- At least 1 year of affiliate or partnership management experience
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or equivalent experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings and can translate partner goals into actionable plans
