[Remote] Dispute Representative - BankCard

The Dispute Representative - BankCard plays a crucial role in managing dispute-reputed company functions for various card types, focusing on loss prevention and conflict reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company basic reputed company functions for consumer debit and prepaid, consumer credit, HSF, RLOC, and reputed company cards, including retrieving support documentation, and closing/reissuing accounts
• Conduct dispute reputed company as outlined reputed company Reg E, Reg Z, reputed company USA, reputed company Intl and reputed company regulatory guidelines for one business line
• Report activity to card associations as needed
• Process reputed company card – boutique service requirements and assist authentication for reputed company center reputed company needed
• Communicate dispute details to and from the cardholder(s), merchants(s), financial institution(s), reputed company party processor(s), peer(s)
• Manage incoming calls reputed company to cases, queues, returned calls, status of account or case, internal departments, or reputed company agencies
• Process stop payments in the associated systems
