Responsibilities

• Join the ranks of Redfin’s top-producing real estate agents by joining an agent team or individually

• Get 100 new customers each year from Redfin
• Help clients already in your sphere or book of business
• Manage your deals and stay in touch with your whole pipeline using our proprietary CRM
• Get support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents
• Qualify opportunities and book them directly on your calendar
• Handle many details for events, like organizing showing appointments
• Earn competitive commissions on the revenue of your closed deals
• Unlock higher commissions through an in-year commission accelerator
• Earn a President’s Club trip to an international destination
• Qualify for stock grants and get exclusive access to represent clients buying and selling high-priced homes

Skills

• Active and unrestricted real estate license
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
• You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
• You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
• You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently
