Sales Service Representative
A+E Global Media is a joint venture of the Hearst Corporation and The Walt Disney Company, seeking entry-level Sales Service Representatives to join their National Sales Team. The role involves providing professional service to clients and ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, while maximizing advertising revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage all negotiated deals in system communicating flowcharts and schedule changes to agency contacts
- Work with Commercial Operations to ensure all allocations and traffic material is delivered in a timely manner
- Negotiate upgrades and program schedule changes with agency contacts to ensure deal integrity
- Help team deliver on key revenue drivers through targeted flighting, inclusive of calculating key metrics for client objectives. (i.e. percentages)
- Collect added value material from agency to execute linear, digital, and social sponsorships: Billboard copy, logos, tags
Skills
- A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
- Highly organized team player who successfully operates in a team-oriented setting
- Strong communication, problem solving and follow-through
- Must have the ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information as well as the ability to work independently, efficiently and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast pace environment
- Detail oriented
