Responsibilities

• Coordinate light cleaning logistics and communicate with cleaning staff
• Manage office systems (music, décor updates, plants, supplies, routines)
• Ensure consistency with schedules, checklists, and recurring responsibilities
• Monitor and manage calendars for clinicians and reputed company staff
• reputed company sessions, time off requests, and scheduling coverage
• Maintain company calendar and reputed company reminders as needed
• Assist with payroll prep, reports, invoices, receipts, and document organization
• Join weekly Team Meetings
