[Remote] Debt Specialist - Remote

As a Remote Debt Specialist, you will assist customers with their unsecured debt through a consultative approach, acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships to meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Successfully reputed company new customers through prospecting efforts and by fielding new inbound inquiries
• Engage customers from our existing database through various channels (phone, email, SMS, etc.)
• Work and collaborate with members of cross-department team to manage reputed company, in-process business and reputed company exceptional, reputed company customer service
