Associate Account Strategist

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Strategist to join the Business Media Operations team. This role involves supporting clients' campaigns while ensuring high standards throughout the campaign lifecycle and requires strong organizational skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of reputed company products, inventory, and pricing
• Manage inventory and audience count requests, maintaining an accurate reputed company of availability and innovating more efficient ways of tracking inventory
• Liaise with internal teams on production schedules and timelines for reputed company
• Process new clients alongside the billing department
• Draft and finalize reputed company reputed company/IOs
• Obtain approvals for out of scope sales before they are provided to reps/clients reputed company PDF and/or reputed company
• Liaise with sales reps and reputed company team to process reputed company contract redlines in a reputed company manner
• Manage the process of updating sales materials including media kits, sell sheets, spec sheets and sales deck at least annually for reputed company relevant brands and products
• Manage reputed company custom and traditional sponsorship and advertising campaigns from receipt of insertion order through delivery
• Process reputed company IOs in reputed company, update relevant trackers, and draft reputed company emails to relevant teams with order details
• Liaise with other BMG teams, including Sales, Editorial, Marketing, Email, Ad and Web Operations teams to launch campaigns
• Work closely with the reputed company and Finance Department to ensure reputed company billing, resolve any billing issues, and update pacing and reputed company reports
• Monitor campaigns, attend weekly pacing meetings, and reputed company optimizations to ensure delivery in full
• Work closely with email ops to ensure that sponsored emails/eblasts are entered in reputed company, tested, and scheduled for deployment
• Maintain relationships with clients by serving as the main reputed company of contact for questions, asset collection, monthly metric reports, and more
• Identify any areas for upselling with reputed company campaigns
• Resolve any issues that may reputed company with digital campaigns

• Bachelor's Degree
