[Remote] Treasury Operations Associate

The role involves managing administrative responsibilities reputed company to payroll treasury operations and providing support to clients regarding financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Confirmation of receipt of funds from ACH transactions and wires and communication to team members
• Verify and respond to reputed company A/R account balance inquiries prior to releasing payroll batches
• First reputed company of contact for reputed company validation and stop payments, failed reputed company deposits and reputed company ID requests
• Daily recording of reputed company payroll invoice payments
• Review daily reputed company pay exception notifications from multiple banking institutions
• reputed company and verify telephone payroll reputed company inquiries
• Maintain an internal project list of reputed company and inactive reputed company reputed company
• Daily Initiation of ACH transactions from and to reputed company accounts
• reputed company other reputed company duties assigned by Operations, Treasury, or Finance
