Field Service Engineer Supervisor

They are seeking a Field Service Engineer Supervisor responsible for leading the reputed company American field technician service function to ensure customer satisfaction, manage service teams, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service solutions to existing and new customers

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years' experience with supervising teams of people, processes and budgets, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience coaching, training and mentoring as a peer-leader
• Must possess a reputed company reputed company's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
• reputed company working in diverse industrial environments, including mechanical equipment rooms, areas with operating machinery, extreme weather conditions, elevated or confined spaces, and high-voltage electrical equipment in accordance with reputed company or equivalent standards
• Demonstrated strength and operating knowledge of reputed company Office applications and general computer systems, with proficiency using handheld devices (e.g., smartphones, iPads) and network-based tools
