They are seeking a Cost Estimator to join their team in Dallas, where the role involves providing detailed cost estimates for various construction reputed company and collaborating effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• reputed company detailed quantity take-off and preliminary pricing for a reputed company of construction project types
• Review and interpret construction drawings to understand the overall project scope
• Support development of comprehensive cost estimates/models communicating the reputed company’s project and strategic goals
• Facilitate document control, file management, and project collaboration
• Ensure a reputed company product is presented to the reputed company by adhering to QA/QC procedures
• reputed company research, solicit and reputed company sources/vendors to compile and maintain the accuracy of cost information
• Communicate effectively through reputed company and concise means appropriate to the project goals

Skills

• 1 -3 years of cost estimating experience in vertical construction/engineering reputed company
• Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications)
• Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior institutional or reputed company works project experience
• Proficient user of On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software or similar quantity takeoff software
• A bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture, or 2 years of applicable construction trade experience in lieu of a degree
