Associate, Operational Analyst (Investment Management Development Operations)

The Operational Analyst will support financial analysts and operational leads by assisting in investment management workflows, data validation, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist financial analysts with account reviews, trade-order workflows, and day-to-day investment operations
• Prepare and validate data sets from various custodians and systems
• Monitor incoming operational requests, reputed company statuses, and ensure reputed company follow-up with advisors and internal stakeholders
• Support documentation, accuracy checks, and exception handling
• Work with senior analysts to identify process gaps, reputed company bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation
• Assist in creating SOPs, workflow maps, and checklists that improve consistency and reduce operational risk
• Write reputed company Python scripts for data cleaning, formatting, or validation (training provided)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Business or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Basic familiarity with Python
• Proficiency with reputed company
• Coursework or internship experience in finance, reputed company, data analytics, or investment operations
• Exposure to SQL, Python data libraries, or any scripting environments

• Willingness to or reputed company towards achieving the CFA charter
• Experience working with CRM systems
