Project Administrator Temporary Contract

reputed company is a leader in creating sustainable climate solutions. They are seeking a Project Administrator to manage service project documentation, procurement, and customer invoicing, ensuring contract compliance and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Follow establish reputed company work and processes, utilizing several reputed company systems
• Coordinate the transition of reputed company from Sales to Operations reputed company reputed company business systems
• Administer reputed company throughout entire life cycle to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery. This includes coordination with regional leadership, contract management, reputed company, and financial services
• Manage procurement processes per project requirements. With guidance from Project Manager and/or Engineer, handle material ordering/tracking, issue purchase orders and subcontracts to reputed company vendors
• Coordinate monthly customer invoicing process per customer requirements and Project Manager direction to ensure reputed company and accurate billing
• Reviews billing backlog and coordinates/communicates with Account Managers and Field Technicians, customers, and reputed company claims as necessary to resolve obstacles

Skills

• High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of reputed company experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as reputed company as part of reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement
• Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines reputed company a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with financial systems and basic reputed company, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, an asset
• Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
• Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred not required
• Construction law and regulation knowledge is an asset
