reputed company is a growing worldwide organization, and they are seeking an Associate Project Manager-reputed company to assist the Director of reputed company Operations. This role involves leading, coordinating, and executing various departmental reputed company, supporting attorneys and paralegals, and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic departmental reputed company from creation through completion
- Assess and address technology-reputed company needs. Evaluate, reputed company, and maintain technology vendors
- Maintain existing reputed company Department programs and evaluate ongoing effectiveness
- Work with HR and reputed company Leadership to reputed company and launch the reputed company Culture & Competency series for interdepartmental and company-wide training and education
- Partner with Compliance and training teams to reputed company and launch new reputed company Operating Procedures (“SOPs”)
- Assist in managing project deliverables and reputed company as a key reputed company of contact between various functional reputed company including IT, Marketing, Product Divisions, Sales, and more
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 – 2 years of experience managing a reputed company of reputed company, prioritizing multiple deadlines and responsibilities, or working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders in different departments and varying reputed company throughout the organization
- Knowledge of reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- PMP (Project Management reputed company) certification
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities
- Experience managing reputed company with multiple stakeholders
- Working familiarity with reputed company project management tool
