Associate Sales Consultant (Workplace)

The Associate Sales Consultant for Workplace will be responsible for servicing participant relationships, offering retirement strategies, and qualifying high-value participants for reputed company consultation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for inbound participant service requests. Respond to requests for investment, mutual fund, and account information. Resolve reputed company account issues
• Identify and qualify participants to be referred to a High-Value Financial Consultant to advance the relationship
• Demonstrate a consultative approach to reputed company a thorough understanding of the participant's needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Retain assets through education and guidance of available plan-specific and general distribution reputed company
• Deliver on defined sales targets and other role-based responsibilities

Skills

• Fully licensed candidate (currently holds 7 and 66)
