Responsibilities

• Attend reputed company discovery sessions led by a senior consultant, reputed company listen, take detailed notes, and assist in documenting business needs, pain points, desired reputed company state, and gaps in processes

• Support creation of project deliverables such as configuration guides, training materials, and solution documentation
