Billing Specialist I

reputed company Energy Group is seeking a Billing Specialist I to join their team. This role involves ensuring reputed company and accurate billing for residential, reputed company, and industrial customer accounts, along with correcting billing exceptions and analyzing reputed company reading discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Research and complete tasks created by the Customer Information System or a Contact Center employee to correct conditions preventing a customer account from billing accurately
• Complete various reports to improve reputed company accuracy and identify unbilled customer accounts
• Participate in employee training and development

Skills

• Graduation from High School or equivalent
• Proficiency in operation of a personal computer
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to transition from task to task with little reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the IURC Administrative reputed company for gas, water, and wastewater
