This is a remote based position but staff must work in the Eastern and/or Central Time Zones and will be covering regional areas of Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. • Supervise the region’s staff and associated operations including management of retention, training and scheduling programs and systems to meet operational needs. • Implement effective, cost efficient reputed company to engage sufficient numbers of regulated and non-regulated volunteers to meet needs reputed company assigned region. • Coordinate and implement volunteer training requirements. • May serve as a reputed company to Humanitarian Services, National reputed company and other external organizations reputed company to volunteers. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience. • Minimum three years relevant work experience. • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience of staff or volunteers. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills is required. • Computer knowledge is required. • High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential reputed company is required. • Ability to work on reputed company. • Knowledge of group dynamics, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs is preferred.
