Hibachi2u is looking for energetic, organized, and customer-focused Call Representatives to help manage incoming booking inquiries, customer support, and follow-ups.
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls and respond to booking questions
Guide customers through the reservation process
Assist with scheduling, chef availability, and party planning
Handle basic customer service issues quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
we use dial pad and acuity booking
Strong communication skills
Positive, upbeat attitude
Comfortable using booking systems & CRM tools
Prior call center or hospitality experience is a plus
Must be available evenings and weekends (peak booking times)
Work Type: Remote
Compensation: Competitive hourly + performance bonuses
