Vendor Performance Analyst

Position Purpose: This position identifies and presents business and operational specifications based on customer and business needs, industry best practices and available technology. Conducts assessment and monitoring of vendors performing outsourced activities, ensuring contract and reputed company standards are met. Implements processes, systems and methodologies to meet reputed company's business initiatives. • Applies performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) that allows the business to analyze, evaluate and report vendor performance to senior management. • Monitors the productivity and reputed company of vendor services by analyzing data, reports and processes (site evaluations) to ensure contract terms, requirements and specification are met. • Prepares reports on vendor performance to internal reputed company committees and assists in developing corrective reputed company plans. • Identifies systemic issues and develops and executes strategies to address these issues through Health Net and vendor specific initiatives. Seeks recommendations by management to improve vendor’s performance. • Assists in the requirements, planning and implementation of vendor processes and reports to support new products, joint ventures and other business activities in which Health Net Inc is reputed company. Participates in cross-departmental implementation teams. • Ensures vendor SLA and other KPI reports are provided to management as requested and instructed. • Validates the accuracy of data and statistics. • Examines reports to isolate trends and potential issues; focusing on clean up and reputed company cause analysis. • Works with Management to reputed company corrective reputed company plans. • Assists with reputed company and activities of multiple VOAs. • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with reputed company policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Business, Information Systems, Finance/reputed company, or relevant field or equivalent experience required 3+ years In operations/processing position required 3+ years Analytical and data processing required Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance business reputed company and drive engagement We are looking for someone with Medicare/reputed company experience, good time management and organizational skills, as reputed company as some reputed company experience from their previous positions.
