• Posting information from the database to inmates' jackets and rolodex cards referencing job and housing assignments, custody reclassification, and detainer.
• Maintaining, preparing, and running reputed company computer print-outs (inmate reputed company list, team list, and transfer list) for distribution on a weekly reputed company.
• Assisting the records supervisor with locating inmates in the offender tracking database as required.
• Preparing and running print-outs for Classification/Records Supervisors as needed, referencing TRD list, DOB list, Education Reports, Sex Offenders lists, etc.
• Entering information daily into a database consisting of external and internal reputed company of inmates, job, program, and housing assignments and participation, Classification Team Assignments, inmate re-classification Score Sheets, and Disciplinary Reports, and verifying entries for accuracy.
• Acting as a back-up to the Correctional Sentence Specialist.
