We're proud to be a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity, creativity, and collaboration. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Live Chat Agent – Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting our sales team in achieving their goals. You'll work closely with our property management team to understand demographics, branding, and booking objectives, and assist in sharing information with Contract Managers for various venues. You'll also serve as a liaison to our talent and coordinate the flawless execution of audition processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure all agent vendors understand and execute the sales strategy and set sales goals for the agent vendors * Work in an integrated manner with property management to understand demographics, branding, and booking objectives * Assist booking team in sharing information with Contract Managers for various venues, including drafting, tracking, and summarizing deal points * Serve as company's liaison to the talent and coordinate flawless execution of audition process * Perform tasks that require standing and/or moving at a fast pace for periods of up to eight hours * Create and manage reports and spreadsheets as needed to track various booking and scheduling activities * Prepare order to replenish stock at bar to pre-determined par levels * Provide day-to-day support of all event scheduling and booking functions, including pro formas, offers, tour histories, event-related contracts, and post-event summaries * Host industry & civic leaders at world-class events * Maintain agent channel portfolio effectively to avoid potential conflicts with other sales team members * Ensure the sales team's understanding of new products and provides product feedback * Motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales goals * Achieving or exceeding planned sales budget for the agent channel by training, motivating, and monitoring all agent vendors * Maximize sales opportunities, ensure high-quality product delivery, and customer service * Assist in finding, securing, and on-boarding outside vendors to perform in the park or at special events * Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific shows and acts in potentially dark and restricted spaces **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales goals * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the events or hospitality industry * Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics * Experience with CRM software and reporting tools * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods * Familiarity with scenic elements and restricted spaces **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong sales and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
