Your key responsibilities will include: * Conducting forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company * Monitoring agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized analyses from start to finish * Building reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data * Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Creating, maintaining, auditing, and optimizing reports and documents used to support various programs * Executing programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines **Measurement and Analytics** As a Performance Analyst, you'll have reputed company to work with multiple reporting tools and databases, including Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, and more.
