**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with navigating and placing orders on our websites, utilizing various channels, systems, and browsers in a professional manner
* Responding to a variety of incoming contacts, including products, sales/promotions, orders, and returns, using effective decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Researching inquiries and de-escalating customer concerns, utilizing knowledge and tools to provide accurate and timely responses
* Listening to customers to understand their needs and utilizing knowledge and tools to provide solutions that meet their expectations
* Interacting with customers and other internal departments in a clear, concise, courteous, and professional manner
* Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
* Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
* Internet savvy, with the ability to navigate through multiple browsers and various search engines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under the direction of a Team Manager
* Professional, flexible, and positive team player
* Ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies

**Available Shifts**
We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your schedule, including:
* 1st Shift: 8 AM- 4:30 PM
* 1st Shift: 9 AM- 5:30 PM
* Mid-Shift: 10 AM- 6:30 PM
* Second Shift: 11:30 AM- 8 PM
**Location**
To be eligible for this role, you must live within 3 hours of High Point, NC.
