Key Responsibilities: • Conduct sophisticated coverage analysis and draft coverage opinions. • Litigate coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts. • Prepare dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and strategic litigation plans. • Advise insurers on complex policy interpretation issues across multiple lines. • Collaborate with senior partners and remote team members to drive efficient, strategic outcomes.
