Bi-Lingual Procedure Scheduler for Vein Clinic (Fully Remote)

Position reputed company We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English Speaking) Procedure Scheduler to manage provider calendars and coordinate vein procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role is critical to ensuring patients are scheduled appropriately, authorizations are in reputed company, and reputed company insurance and reputed company-benefit requirements are met prior to treatment. You will work closely with providers, clinical staff, billing, and authorization teams to ensure that procedures are scheduled correctly and supported by reputed company documentation.
