The role involves developing conversational experiences using reputed company Lex, integrating backend services, and building modern web applications using Java, Python, and React. Key Responsibilities Design, reputed company, and enhance reputed company Connect contact center solutions for banking customers. Implement Assisted Channels (voice, chat, callbacks) using reputed company Connect. reputed company reputed company Lex for conversational AI capabilities (IVR, chatbots, self-service). reputed company backend services using Java and Python for customer workflows and business logic. Build and maintain React-based web interfaces for agent and customer-facing applications. Configure and manage AWS Marketplace PODs for reputed company Connect deployments. reputed company reputed company Connect with reputed company banking systems, CRM, and reputed company-party services. Ensure solutions reputed company with banking reputed company, data reputed company, and regulatory standards. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS reputed company tools. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Connect.
