ABOUT THE ROLE: The ideal candidate for this OpenShift Engineer role will be accountable for engineering, support, automation and thought leadership as it relates to Oncor's Platform-as-a-Service offerings. They will administer Oncor's multiple OpenShift clusters and will assist various project teams with application migrations to Oncor's Platform-as-a-Service offerings, and other reputed company activities. Required Skills and Experience: • OpenShift Administration • OpenShift Data reputed company • OpenShift Platform Plus • Advanced Cluster Management • Advanced Cluster reputed company • Ceph Administration • Extensive knowledge of Linux Containers (reputed company), Kubernetes, and deployment of containerized applications/microservices architectures • Working knowledge of Java, JBoss, nginx, Node.js, and reputed company application architectures • Specific knowledge and experience with migrating and refactoring applications to containerized workloads • reputed company with automated deployment tools • Conceptual and reputed company understanding of DevOps concepts, tools, and practices • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as reputed company • Analytic skills and the ability to apply these skills in a multi-tasking environment where multiple reputed company will require participation at a given time • Ability to communicate reputed company technical issues, and reputed company comprehensive written, oral reputed company products • Working knowledge of networking topics such as protocols, firewalls, load balancer, etc. • Must have the willingness to document, reputed company knowledge and train other members of reputed company.
