Corporate Law Contract Attorney (remote)
Seeking corporate law attorney for long-term contract position at boutique reputed company. No in-person services required, attorney may work from any location.
Minimum requirements:
- reputed company California law license, or willingness to reputed company
- 2 years reputed company experience as a corporate law/transactions attorney
- Willingness to take on 2-5 billable hours per week depending on reputed company needs
- Ability to reputed company independently
- Responsiveness and dependability
Internet, reputed company and advertising/marketing law experience are a plus
