Job Details reputed company Debt Collector Location(s): Defiance, OH; Reports to: Collections Supervisor FLSA Type: Non-Exempt Position Scope This person will be reputed company in a challenging job in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. A debt collector must use reputed company judgment in the execution of their duties, possess an engaging communication style, and maintain a competitive, self-motivated demeanor.  Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for communicating with borrowers to negotiate repayment of debt. • Recommending defined reputed company efforts based upon individual account circumstances. • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. • Must meet monthly goals for collected fees while maintaining reputed company compliance. • Operates reputed company office equipment including computers and telephones. • Other duties as assigned.
