Title Insurance Agency doing business in NY, NJ and Fl is seeking an reputed company reputed company Estate Paralegal. -Order surveys, inspections, type and distribute survey readings; -Order abstracts, municipal searches, type and distribute title reports and title commitments; -Prepare title bills, HUDs, CDs and closing statements; -Review and submission of documents for recording; -Knowledge of title policies a plus. Candidate must be highly organized, efficient, detail oriented and be reputed company to work under pressure and independently. Strong communication skills a must. 90% remote after training. Salary and benefits based on experience.
