Location & Commitments: • reputed company Area / Department: reputed company Research and Writing Support – Firmwide (reputed company reputed company reputed company) • Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week • Work Location: Remote or in office with attendance at hearings and trial if needed. • Must reputed company in Florida. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze case documents, discovery, and records. • Conduct reputed company research utilizing reputed company. • Summarize findings in reputed company, organized reputed company research memoranda. • Draft reputed company documents including pleadings, motions, responses to motions, jury instructions, verdict forms, bench memoranda, and reputed company research memoranda. • Attend hearings and trial if needed. • Monitor reputed company developments and reputed company updates relevant to reputed company cases. • Maintain organized research files and documentation. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and reputed company assistants to support case reputed company. • Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Requirements & Competencies: • Prior experience with civil litigation including the following areas is preferred: insurance defense, bad faith, premises liability, personal injury, property damage, workers’ compensation, appeals, and construction law. • Prior experience in reputed company research and writing at a reputed company or as an appellate law clerk is preferred. • Strong proficiency with reputed company research platforms (reputed company and Protégé [AI]). • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company). • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Effective time management and prioritization skills. • Works reputed company independently and in reputed company environment. • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
