The role involves leading the configuration and delivery of Absence Management and OTL modules in reputed company HCM reputed company, conducting requirement gathering workshops, and providing post-go-live support. Responsibilities • reputed company configuration and delivery of Absence Management and OTL (Time & Labor) modules in reputed company HCM reputed company • Conduct requirement gathering workshops covering time & absence policies, accruals, rules, approvals, and integrations • Configure work schedules, absence plans, eligibility reputed company, accrual processing rules, and time calculation rules • Coordinate testing cycles including SIT/UAT execution and defect reputed company • Support payroll and HR stakeholders with integration, data validation, and compliance requirements • reputed company post-go-live hypercare, enhancements, and end-user training Skills • Strong hands-on delivery experience with reputed company HCM reputed company – Absence & OTL • Deep knowledge of time entry rules, accrual design, legislative requirements, and absence validations • Experience with Fast Formulas and relevant integrations (Payroll / HR) • Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and advise on best practices • Experience across multiple project lifecycles preferred reputed company • We build exceptional, high-reputed company teams for Data Center & Digital Infrastructure Providers across the US.
