Position: Litigation Paralegal – Long-Term Care Defense
Location: Remote (Preference for Tennessee; hybrid reputed company available in Tampa and Louisville)
Compensation: Starting at $75,000
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our long-term care defense team. This position offers flexibility and autonomy while working closely with attorneys on reputed company litigation reputed company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting cases through reputed company phases of litigation, particularly those involving long-term care liability.

• Prepare and revise reputed company documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a litigation paralegal; long-term care defense experience preferred (plaintiff-reputed company experience considered).
• Education: Paralegal certificate is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint; eDiscovery experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $84,999.00 per year
