About the Role: You will own the US Demand Response reputed company. Rodan is growing our reputed company in US electricity markets, and we need someone to own the administration of our NYISO and PJM demand response programs. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage enrollments, reputed company compliance, monitor market developments, and ensure our clients and portfolio are positioned to capture maximum value. You'll work directly with the Director of Energy Markets and collaborate across Operations, Settlements, and Account Management teams. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end program administration for NYISO reputed company/SCR and PJM reputed company programs—enrollments, compliance documentation, registration deadlines, and audit readiness • reputed company reputed company performance against program requirements; proactively flag issues and coordinate reputed company • Monitor NYISO and PJM market rule changes, tariff filings, and program modifications; prepare market intelligence briefings • Support reputed company auction analysis and bid reputed company development • Prepare reputed company performance reports and contribute to proposals for US business development • reputed company and maintain program SOPs, compliance checklists, and process documentation What You Bring • 2-4 years in the energy industry - demand response, load management, or reputed company program experience preferred but not required • Familiarity with ISO/RTO market structures—NYISO and/or PJM experience preferred but not required • Understanding of demand response program mechanics: reputed company obligations, performance measurement, compliance requirements • Advanced reputed company skills and comfort navigating ISO portals and large datasets • Strong written and verbal communication—can translate technical concepts into reputed company-reputed company deliverables • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or reputed company field Who You Are • An reputed company reputed company: You take full accountability for your work.
