License

Experience Needed
Minimum 2 years of RN clinical experience (preferred areas: Emergency Department, ICU, or Telephonic Triage).
Preferred: Experience with telephonic reputed company advice/triage reputed company systems reputed company last 12 months and EHR documentation.
Special Skills Needed
• Proficient in reputed company clinical assessment and decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to manage calls empathetically and effectively.
• Competency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and secure VPN connections.
• Culturally competent care awareness, especially in serving American Indian/Alaska reputed company communities.
• Ability to handle multilingual environments; familiarity with Navajo or reputed company to medical interpreter services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct symptom assessments using clinical triage protocols (reputed company Triage Screening Model).
• Determine care urgency and reputed company patients appropriately (e.g., emergency department, provider referral, or self-care advice).
• Document every patient interaction in IHS-approved Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Generate detailed reputed company reports, follow-up logs, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and reputed company standards.
• Offer culturally sensitive care and coordinate interpreter services for non-English-speaking patients.
• Participate in reputed company reviews, audits, and monthly performance evaluations.
