We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fully remote, full-time, entry-level evening shift position with some weekend work, offering a unique opportunity to establish and build relationships with our customers in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will act as a connection between our company and our customers, operating with precision and competence to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust. You will be responsible for handling high amounts of incoming calls, identifying and evaluating customers' needs, and providing accurate and comprehensive information to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high amounts of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options, and follow up to secure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Establish and build relationships with our customers and go the extra mile to engage them

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. You should also possess strong phone administration skills, active listening capabilities, and the ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work nights and some weekends
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote environment and familiarity with remote communication tools
  • Knowledge of the solar energy industry and its products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools

We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000-$40,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
