**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Care Specialist, Commercial Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Building and Maintaining Relationships**: Establish and maintain sustainable relationships of trust with customers and teammates through open communication.
* **Providing Timely Solutions**: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
* **Uploading Certificates of Insurance**: Upload COIs into our software program, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
* **Supporting Email and Phone Communications**: Respond to support emails and maintain inbound and outbound phone communications, providing exceptional customer service.
* **Training Customers**: Assist in training customers to ensure proper software utilization and satisfaction.
**What We Require (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum of 1 Year of Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, with a focus on commercial insurance.
* **Commercial Insurance Experience**: Required experience in the commercial insurance industry, with a focus on property and casualty insurance.
* **Entry-Level Experience with COIs**: Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance, with a focus on uploading and processing COIs.
* **Microsoft Office Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
