Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues and providing excellent service.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
