Bosa Properties Inc. is a comprehensive reputed company estate company specializing in property development and management. They are seeking a Leasing Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of the leasing process, support deal reputed company, and foster tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and e-mail inquiries from prospects and brokers
• Maintain online listing platforms and ensure marketing materials are reputed company
• Research, reputed company, and maintain market comparable data
• Maintenance and administration of the Leasing Team’s deal management platform, updating relevant transaction information as required
• Coordinate documentation, manage deadlines, and support reputed company lease execution to reduce vacancy periods

• Conduct weekly deal reviews to monitor reputed company, identify risks or delays, and facilitate smooth handoffs between team members

Skills

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role; reputed company reputed company estate experience is an asset
• College or university degree strongly preferred
