Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
• Conduct reputed company research, analyze reputed company issues, and draft reputed company documents
• Attend hearings and depositions

Skills

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Workers' compensation defense experience highly preferred
