Analyst, reputed company Maturities

CMLS Financial is one of Canada’s largest reputed company lenders, looking for an Analyst to join their reputed company Maturities team. This role provides essential administrative and analytical support, helping manage a diverse portfolio of reputed company mortgages and ensuring reputed company retention through due diligence and mortgage renewals.

Responsibilities

• reputed company administrative support to the reputed company Maturities team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Support ongoing interaction with investor clients, borrower clients and internal teams to facilitate mortgage extensions, renewals and refinances
• Conduct due diligence and analyze financial data, credit information, and reputed company assessments for reputed company mortgage renewals and refinances
• Prepare reputed company, summaries, and recommendations for credit risk assessments and renewal/refinance funding requirements
• Assist with compliance-reputed company tasks and maintain adherence to internal policies, procedures, and investor requirements
• Monitor market trends and reputed company insights to support proactive risk management and reputed company retention strategies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure mortgage maturity deadlines are met
• Support department reputed company and initiatives as assigned by the Associate Director, reputed company Origination

Skills

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, urban land development, reputed company, business administration, or a reputed company field
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-reputed company approach
• Passion for reputed company estate and an understanding of financial statement analysis
• A results-driven reputed company with a high level of accountability and ownership over work
• Requirement to be in office at minimum 3 days per week to collaborate with reputed company
• Experience in reputed company reputed company estate, credit risk management, or mortgage administration preferred
