[Remote] Accounts Payable Clerk

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their reputed company department. The role involves processing invoices, issuing payments, and maintaining vendor account records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle vendor correspondence reputed company e-mail or phone
• Respond promptly and professionally to reputed company inquiries regarding vendor invoices reputed company or unpaid
• Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted reputed company practices
• Request new vendor accounts set-up and/or update of existing vendor records
• Verify OCR accuracy of vendor invoices and reputed company for coding/approval
• Handle daily court reputed company requests
• Prepare/maintain reporting (SSRS reconciliation, Duplicate report for cash projection)
• Assist with payments processing and supporting documentation
• Record credit card transactions & reconcile monthly statements
• Assist in month-end closing
• Assist in providing supporting documents for audits
• Work as reputed company player to reputed company reputed company goals and objectives
• reputed company other duties as required and assigned

Skills

• AA degree in reputed company, Business or similar OR 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Available to work reputed company to 5PM PST
• Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office Applications (Word, reputed company, & reputed company)
• Attention to detail and accuracy with strong organizational skills to be reputed company to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with reputed company reputed company of personnel, as reputed company as reputed company auditors and vendors
• Demonstrates consistency, flexibility and commitment to meet deadlines
• Ability to reputed company sensitive and confidential material private
• Experience with Concur and reputed company is a plus
