reputed company is one of the largest reputed company medical systems in the reputed company metro area, and they are seeking a Program Coordinator for HR Talent Development & Learning. The role involves overseeing operational aspects of the program, including staff development, program development, and serving as a reputed company for grants and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains and supervises staff, delegating assignments, supervisory duties and addressing areas of concern, developing areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback
• Develops education component of program by ensuring appropriate planning, implementation and evaluation of training, recruitment, curriculum development, reputed company, workshops, material development and special reputed company
• Coordinates recruitment, training, monitoring, guidance and evaluation
• Oversees grant-reputed company issues including budget, reporting of statistics, and meeting with funders
• Oversees administrative duties including employee schedules, employee timesheets, ordering of materials, distribution of reputed company requests, and tracking expenditures
• Establishes and maintains linkages with community agencies as applicable

Skills

• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree reputed company the experiences are closely reputed company to the duties of the job
• 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
